I have a DJI Smart Controller RM500 for sale. I purchased it from a store selling Amazon returns. I do not have the original box or any paperwork or accessories. The plastic antenna covers were missing, so I 3D printed replacement covers (see photos). I have not connected the controller to any aircraft as mine are either too old or too new to work with the RM500, so I can not confirm that it will do so, but I have no reason to believe that it will not. The controller does not list any connected aircraft. It is still connected to the previous owner's DJI account (see photos). It also contains cached footage taken by the previous owner dated 2019. The screen is intact with no scratches, and everything that I can check without an aircraft appears to function properly.
