Someone has a P3 Pro for sale cheap with a video feed issue

Anyone know what could be wrong with this drone before I commit to a purchase? $350 is a great price if it’s repairable.

After a firmware update he lost video feed..................
I find that hard to believe, as EVERYONE that did the firmware update would have reported the same. I bet he has a device or device cord problem. I say buy it. At the very least just redo the firmware update.

I wasn’t sure what could be wrong I have a MPP and it’s my first drone, I know the P3 and P4 have pros the mavic can’t touch the camera for some situations should have benefits I can’t get with the MPP. I’m waiting on his response if it didn’t sell yet. Anything o should look for if I get a chance to grab it?

I am not familiar with the p3pro but if the only problem is a video feed, I dont see that being a bad deal. Make him fly it for you.

This guys got several drones for sale the ones that are not Dji I never heard of see the screen shot what do you think I might give him my extra MPP that’s still sealed in the box for all of it.

Could be a lot of things, I imagine he may have bought it to fix it, gave up, and is selling it with some excuse. Also, I've seen the P3P sell for $500 by me, with an extra 3 batteries, so I don't see that as a great deal.

Well he wants to give me all his drones and a GoPro 4 and a few other items for the mavic

We’ll see if the stuff is in good shape he’s unloading a lot of stuff for one MPP. Hope it’s legitimate he’s 35 miles away

I have a Yuneec 5004k+ in a hard case with the CGO3 hand held I’d trade for the MPP. It’s just shipping something this big is what sucks....
The weird part about the P3 is that it records onto the SD card... it’s getting from the camera to the card, just not to the monitor. Flying with a blindfold [emoji38]

Well, the SD card is essentially attached to the camera board, so that means that something with signal transmission is not working. That sounds a lot more expensive than no signal and no writing, which could have just been a very cheap flex cable.

I’ve read threads on this problem that the P3 seller claims happened. If the firmware was interrupted or not downloaded correctly, this exact problem can happen. A 0015, or a code 0008? Can also mean the gimbal board can be defective. If it was $250 or cheaper for a complete setup, I’d do it. I have a few P3P’s that I’ve put together for fun.

I gave him the extra mavic and he gave me the 3 drones a Go pro and $250.00 I’m going to connect the P3 to a PC and try to refresh the firmware and see what happens it does record just no stream to his android I’m also going to try my iPad and see what happens

It’s more now I have to figure out what look at these screenshots! I could not see it on his phone because his screen was cracked real bad

I am going to post those over in the P3 area. It seems like the RC isn’t seeing the stream like a receiver or transmitter is t working

It could just be the Gimble board I have to try to find one cheap somewhere! If I sell it how much is it worth to you? So I know how much effort to put into fixing it. Everything is there even a nice case here’s a couple photos

It’s supposed to have better focus and dynamic range
