Sport Plus Mode

Hey is anyone familiar with the new Spot Plus Mode? That will allow you to do flips and stuff with the Mavic.

Are you referring to the "unlocked" Mavic's capabilities ?

Never heard of it allowing you to do flips, only increase speed, etc

If it were to do flips, it is a sure fire way of wrecking the Gimbal quickly.

If you want a drone that does flips and turns at break-neck speeds, you should probably look at getting a racing drone.

There is a guy on youtube that did a very good spoof of the Mavic doing flips etc. It looks almost real.

The other one is when someone has changed parameters that make the Mavic faster in Sport mode.

I always believed all aircraft have a maximum flight safety performance, not to be exceeded. DJI would surely make 50+ mph available as standard, if it believed it could be sustainable.

So there is no OEM sport plus, but if your feeling lucky.....

Thats the clip, almost fooled me, listen to the engine noise, thats a racing drone noise, not the Mavic. Shame would have been fun.

I was fooled as well but I wouldn't want my Mavic Pro doing all that anyway
