Sunshade for smart controller

You can buy a SC silicon jacket, comes with or without the shade.
I prefer without,and use it just to protect the SC, it feels good in your hands.
I also had a foldable SC shade that attaches via the 2 SC screw holes, I dont use that now, as I have a Lif thor screwed in to those holes, connected to a Feelworld 7" monitor, with a quick release clip.
The Feelworld also has a shade fitted.
A decent lanyard strap is required to support the extra weight,and to secure against dropping it ! ?
You get a really sharp clear view in bright sunlight,and it's shows only the camera view, the Go 4 screen info is only on the SC.
Well worth the extra $ imo if you've already splashed out on an expensive SC.

The smart controller screen is so bright I have never found a need for a sunscreen. One of the main reasons for having a smart controller is the extremely quick set up and ability to get the Drone in the air in less than a minute.

need to consider our eyes differ. I have issues with bright sunlight. so the shade will help there are times the bright sunlight over-burdens the screen and washes it out.

Just a thought, upon first using the SC the screen did not seem to be bright enough in strong sunlight. On checking brightness level (by pulling down top of screen) it was set at 2/3. Pulling brightness slider to 100% solved issue. If you haven't already checked this, it may make the difference.
