To strong wind killing battery time

Did fly my last fly that is till I repair the esc board
Went out to the beach side to test my new batteries big mistake from my side
Did get warning immediately
But did continue to fly went out about 4.5km and get warning batt. Temp to high came back but crashed about 600meters away from me
Total flight came up to 9.4 km
Not bad but with a price tack of about 60$

Did you have a tail wind at least on the RTH ??
Good it sounds like a landfall, rather than a waterfall.

Yes very strong tailwind the wind speed on aruba is about 28mph normally only now it's gone down to about 16mph

Yes changed and not for the good very very expensive but still a beautiful island
