Why?: Log says "high interference environment"
When: Normal day, no wind, 21 satellite signals
How Saved: Pressed RTH to bring it home

No need to respond to this. Before I posted I reviewed the flight log and quite clearly nothing in it would help. I am closing out this post as it offers only idle speculation even with the flight log.

So whatinhell caused it?

Too many words ... not enough flight data.
If you post your recorded flight data someone might be able to work something out.
Without data, all you'll get will be (mostly irrelevant) guessing.

Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
That will give you a detailed report of the flight.
Come back and post a link to the report it gives you.

@Flyist You might be surprised at what some of the people here can dig out of the flight logs. Of course you could be correct that the logs give no indication of the cause of the problem but that in itself is sort of interesting.
