Trouble Downloading 4K videos

Can anyone tell me how to download 4K videos from the drone to my IPad or IPhone? When I attempt I get a message stating “Only JPEG images and H.264 videos are downloadable”. When I check the info on my videos they say they are H.264.

The best method of transferring 4K video files to your device is by removing the SD card and placing in the computer. If your using mac ? ? and iOS device, you can do airdrop. If your using a PC you would have to connect the device directly. Alternatively you can download the cache file from the DJI go app, however it will not be of the highest bitrate as this was captured from the video feed.
