Trouble with Smart Controller

My video and photo shudder buttons don’t work. I have to a tap the button on the screen to start videoing...same thing to take s still photo. Anybody have an idea what is wrong?

I think I recall someone else reported that problem. It might have been posted in the Smart Controller subforum. But you can try two things maybe:

Press and hold the power button for 10 or so seconds to fully reboot it.

You can try reloading the dji go app and/or reloading the firmware using the Assistant app for the MAVIC TWO series.

Are you using DJI Go 4 or Litchi?
On Litchi, the video and photo buttons don't currently work due to a bug in the SDK.
If you are on DJI Go 4, I would do the full reboot and try again as suggested by @ff22 if still not working, I guess you have to deal with the support.
