Trying To Unlock Site

[Lets Fly]

I am trying to unlock a site on line so when I go to the site I can get the go ahead. When I click on the site I want to fly in, it tells me
this is a class D airspace and no authorization required. When I go there it won't let me fly. Any suggestions on how to get around this?

Solved it. Clicking on the airport itself and entering phone number, it would not except the number. Got in touch with DJI and they said to place no dashes between the numbers,
that worked. Also, the serial number for the controller the looks like the letter O is actually the number 0. So I was making that mistake also.
Now that I have been approved, I have three days to see if it works. Since tomorrow is our 48th wedding anniversary, I think I'll wait a day.
