Two "Primary" Controllers

Can I setup both my DJI SC and my iOS Device as primary controllers?

So I can basically switch back and forth between the platforms?

Or does one controller such as the iOS have to be secondary to the SC?

You can link one primary and one secondary at any one time. Rick of Drone Valley confirmed this the hard way when he brought with him the wrong controller that was paired with the M2 he was using at the time.

Bummer, was hoping to switch back and forth between the two as needed.

the idea of the two controllers, is to enable someone to give another person a way of flying their drone to practise how to control it, and also to enable one person to concentrate on flying the drone and a second one to control the camera also as soon as a problem arises the primary controller can take over

You can, you just have to re-link when switching between the two.
