Unable to connect aircraft

I have had the Mavic air 2 for a few days now with no problem until today When the aircraft wouldn’t connect to the controller. I tried switch all off and on again but failed. I tried holding the battery button on the aircraft for 4 seconds to put it in pairing node the tried in the app control>connect aircraft but again failed. Any ideas?

I use a iso iPhone 8 max. Yes on the latest version of the app
