Upward obstacle detected + Sensor calibration error

Hello everyone,
My name is Standa and I begin with flying
I have a problem with DJI Mavic 2 zoom:
At launch the drone does not fly higher than 10 cm, lands and the engine has a speed of 200rpm.
Error message: Updard obstacle detected, see attached photo.
I tried to calibrate the sensors, but the sensors are black during calibration. See attached photo.
Do you have any advise fot this issue?

Where are you trying to fly? The first photo seems to show you are INSIDE. That can cause problems since the GPS probably won't get a signal and inside there would be a ceiling.

I have not tried calibrating but I've read that whether it works or not may depend on the settings or resolution of your monitor. So you can try changing the monitor's resolution or try another monitor or laptop.

And others may have more suggestions.

I tried to fly outside, on the grass.

I was hoping you would get more replies with some suggestions.

Flying inside is OK, but M2 will place a 3' margin around it if obstacle sensors are enabled. Using VPS with no GPS, not to be confused with OA will limit height to about 15ft.

The upward sensor is IR only. There's no camera for it like the other OA sensors.
