I have seen a bunch of this same thread in the past few days. Has anyone had it and got it resolved?

"I just purchased the mav 2. I have a firmware update for remote controller, every time I start the update it says, update failed. Restart equipment and try again later. Network disconnected. Reconnect to continue downloading. I've tried a dozen times and still the same result. Please help. Any suggestions?"

They be best to use the assistant.
So far I haven't been able to update through the app on Android.

I have had that as well was trying to connect it to Samsung note 9 went to an iPad 4 problem solved
