Video editing software

Hey guys, my very 1st post on this forum and was wondering prior to purchase, what is the best or very decent software to get the best out of post production to achieve really great colours, the cheapest the better for me, and easiest to use and navigate if possible as it has been well over 10 years since I last edited a video?

Any replies will be very much appreciated and gratefully received.

If your looking for simplicity but not many color features or customization, try wondershare filmora. It is about 30 dollars I think. However, if you want to be able to color correct, I suggest and personally use adobe premiere pro CC. It is pretty easy to learn. Many tutorials are on youtube for either.
