Video editing - speed curve (or ramping)

I’m researching video editing software, but are looking for a particular feature.

The DJI4 editor includes a curve mode for speed changes which i quite like. Progressively speeding up or down is great feature for those pull away shots.

The DJI app makes it easy, but which of the main stream, but cheap, offers the same. Filmora allows changes but only from one value to another without the curve.

Looking around at YouTube most tools have the feature, but only by using complex controls, which isn’t easy for beginners like me.

id suggest the sony vegas bundle, recently discounted to compete, cheap prosumer software that is beginner friendly.

although a subscription is great for testing this out to see if you can get a feel for after effects and premiere pro
