Video Settings Question

Are the settings for video saved in the drone or in the app?

Good question and Im not sure....i cant open the app unless I connect to the drone. At a guess I would say drone becuse when I have lost connection it has still kept recording so maybe the settings are there.

Speculation I would say both! So I imagine when you change video settings a command is sent to the chip on the control device & on the drone . That then executes that piece of instruction. From then on both bits of software are stored at that setting

On the drone. Only app related settings are saved to the app like metric vs imperial that kind of thing. Your custom button selections are also saved to the app because those are actually functions of the app. Pretty much everything else that gets saved from power cycle to power cycle is stored on the drone.
