Vignetting problem fixed with update

I've complained about on this forum how the Vignetting problem was causing Band Lines when joining multiple Verticle 12 mp raw images into a panorama in LR.

I updated the 2 lots of the latest updates. I couldn't get out for 2 days as it was raining in Brisbane Australia.


I've been out testing today and the problem is fixed. I've only got one battery as I'm still waiting for my fly more, So I recharged and went back out again.

Here is a 4-shot vertical 12 mp raw - stitched perfectly with no band lines.

Also a single shot of my boat (I wish)

Also, I found that the images were taken quicker.

I thought the signal strength was more solid.

9 shot auto panorama is still terrible.

Were you using any type of auto exposure or were the ISO, Shutter and Aperture in manual mode? Auto mode could cause banding in some cases because it could change one or more of those settings. That would show up primarily at the edges.

Also you didn't say if you had a filter on or not but a polarizing filter will cause all kinds of stitching problems with a sky. I really don't think that is it but thought I would mention it.
