VP in Texas FAA has temporary 30 mile flight restriction (edited)

Hello, The vice president spending time in Houston Texas. FAA implemented a temporary flight restriction zone for aircraft and drones, I took it up today at low altitude the temporary restriction zone has been activated, fly with caution RTH could be implemented at any time and land at that point and not RTH.Has anybody ever heard of this. Big brother has some power. I could take off but DJI Pro4 advise drone could land at any time and not RTH. I got to go men in black suits are at my front door ??

It's the standard 30 mile radius.

Do not even attempt to fly 1" off the ground in a TFR. Any flight in that area not specifically authorized could lead to serious problems for our industry.

I agree with no flying, did a automatic lift off and saw the warning and landed immediately. I got the distance from Galveston all the way to Conroe that’s about 100 miles or close to it or it’s two overlapping restricting zones.

There are two presidentail TFRs that overlap. 9/8982 is in San Antonio first, then it moves to the Houston 9/9036. The total distance edge to edge is less than 100 miles, though. Note that the ALL CAPITALS section directed to UAS operators.

This is a Presidential TFR, not a Vice President one. (POTUS is visiting Houston.)

Vice Presidential TFRs are much smaller.
