Waypoints 2.0 on DJI Smart Controller

I have downloaded the latest version of Go Fly 4 on my Smart Controller and it says it installed correctly. However when I select open I get the following screen saying Go Fly 4 does not run on my device. Is anyone else having problems getting Intelligent Flight mode to run.

Since I am new to drones, I particularly want to utilized Waypoints to plan flights but can not get to load on Smart Controller.

The DJI Fly App is installed properly through firmware updates to the Smart Controller. If you circumvented the release that the last firmware update provides and went with the latest android release you created your own issues. I suggest you reverse what you did. Go to asst. 2 for Mavic and refresh the last firmware update for the SC again and see if that fixes your issues.

Did not work. I am told by Mavic tech support that Way-points 2.0 is not supported by Mavic Air 2 but previous calls to tech support said to just update firmware to latest version. Which is it?
