WHEEL ERR+RE-CTR WHEL err help needed

i got this notification on my remote .
I was indoor so I shutdown the mavic and did a remote calib.
then i turned on again the mavic on and started auto takeoff , the mavic hovered at 1M but my two sticks didnt work.

i could eventually land it via RTH.
this error started as two days ago when I attached new filter to the camera.
what do you think is the problem?

Have you tried calibrating the controller? In the manual it states "left dial on the remote controller is not centered. Re-center it."

thanks for the replay but I did calibrated the controller and then made a second flight ... after the calibration the sticks on the remote didnt function at all.
someone tell me that its a known issue and its fixable
