Where is Follow me mode

Hi everyone,
I have been flying for about a year now but I never really used the follow me or active track for that matter. Now that I have the perfect place to do it I can't seem to find it, I have watched several tutorials on YouTube but when I swipe left all I have are 4 icons which are

1. Portrait/Landscape switch
2. Gimbal Forward/Downward
3. Home Point: Aircraft
4. Home Point: M

And on the tutorials they have
Terrain Follow
Point of Interest
Follow Me mode
Waypoints and so on.....
Can someone help me out please? I have attached a picture of my screen

It helps to know what model you're flying.
Sounds like an M1 since the newer Mavics don't have Terrain or Follow Me modes.

Swipe left is a shortcut in iOS, but in the main FPV screen, click the icon that looks like a remote. That should definitely show all intelligent flight modes. You may need to scroll sideways or down to see additional modes.

Hi Danman and thank you for your reply. Ooops sorry I'm flying The first Mavic Pro and I don't even have the icon on the main screen oh and I also neglected to mention that I haven't been updating my firmware as suggested by a Youtuber.
Accelerated Heights says "never update"
