They will very likely refresh the Spark first, but there have been rumors of the Spark 2 since 2017. It's next in line though. The Air currently has no competition so it's likely not a priority right now. Who knows though! It's actually DJI's most modern drone in terms of design - the Mavic 2 uses the outgoing body for the most part.

I agree about the reported racing drone, since they just released system components.

I really like my MA, my only DJI drone among 9, but I could understand DJI reluctance to make it more competitive with the Mavic 2. I know they can upgrade it if they wish...more range, longer flight time, improved collision avoidance.

The drone market is saturated. It's hard to find a niche that people in droves will flock to purchase now days. Besides, DJI is looking at other revenue streams.
