scro, I'm still using the stock MMini controller to fly the drone. I'm using the xbox controller to be able to control the djifly app+touchscreen on the phone that is locked inside the goggles. Otherwise I would have to stick my finger in the goggles to change flight modes or photo setting...

Place a power bank with WIRELESS charging against your phone in the controller so the phone charges from that instead (if you have wireless charginf)

I hope dji opens the mini up to development soon. When I was researching before purchase I saw that you could use 3rd party control software with the discontinued spark so I regretfully assumed the mavic mini would support it also. Does anyone have any inside information on this topic?
