I saw a repair specialist; it was a bad connector was all. The alternate connector I had tried just wasn't appropriate for the equipment, I guess. Thanks for all the replies!

I think firmware upgrade is the culprit here; only prob is using DJI Assistat 2 for Consumer Drone Series, it just sits and nothing happens. I've left it 30 mins at longest.

Thanks for all the kind responses; I tried another cable, and it's no-go, unfortunately.

Remember, I CAN start motors. The two rear lights on the drone are flashing green, indicative of a good connect.

I haven't flown Air 2S for about two weeks, so set out to re-charge batteries. DJI Fly says a/c is disconnected, yet I can start motors, and even fly, but no camera view. Down in the menu it says gimbal disconnected, yet I can raise/lower it. My battery level is not visible during these...

No idea why, but that folder, MCDatFlightRecords, is empty. But of course I'll change the props; I keep original backups as they were on sale. Thanks very much for your efforts!

I have a perfectly operating 3 mo old Air 2 S and after reaching a point 1/4 mi from takeoff 1/9 (Sun) I received "Motor Error, Please Fly With Caution". I returned and landed, and have downloaded the file, but have no idea what to check or how to do it?

Seriously, there's. no more helpless feeling than having your drone up a tree and rain in the forecast. A competent climber with all the right gear can save your drone. $200 will get the attention of a climber quickly, especially when it's cash.

I got this from Chris Holmes in 2017; now MP's flown away to a redwood tree and I'd like to get another skin for my Air 2S, but I can't find a trace of Chris. Can anyone help?
