Great picture - Isambard Kingdom Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge in the foreground with William West's camera obscura behind it on the right. The camera obscura is one of only a handful in the UK and well worth a visit.
It's the Bristol Channel (the body of water the River Avon flows into) that has the second highest tidal range in the world - up to 14 metres. The Bay of Fundy in Canada has the highest tidal range.

If you took that video in the past couple of days the haze was almost certainly due to dust particles picked up from the Sahara Desert and brought to you on the wind that has been blowing from there. Where I live we occasionally get a very much denser version of that.
When the camera is in Panorama mode tap the 3 dots at top right of the screen. In the menu that opens select Camera and you will see the Panorama section where you can select which type of file you want.
