did you try to put the phone in plane mode? With an older samsung s5 it does the trick.

DJI editor for smartphone is limited to 1080p, if you want more you need another editor (don't know if there is 4k editor for smartphone) or transfert files on computer to work with your favorite video editor.

Just for the batteries and charger, go to bundle! I bought mine without as it was not available when i needed it, and in the following month i bought additional battery and charger. Compare the best you can have for the mini + 2 additional batteries + a charger.

What version of dji fly? avoid 1.2.0!

Hi, check the version of application in your phone/tablet, you need the last update 1.2.1 ( at least on android) or stick to old version 1.1.x to solve connection issue, but avoid 1.2.0! And then if it is already a good version, check wifi channel on menu and manualy choose the lower bar...

Hi, Same with a brand new Teclast P80X, live view stay black!

Don't buy a Teclast P80X, I've bought one received this morning, wonderfull tablet but DJI Fly don't work! I've tried sideload this apkpure or another anternate app market, but the liveview remain all black :-( Is there a way to test Litchi for free? I want to be sure it works before pay it!

You're right, it is a choice that i use often, but in this particular situation ( realy hight tower) it was safer to stay in place, as i was able to come closer to the drone, and in the case of flying under something, it can be tricky to setup the right RTH altitude.

With the official app, You have the choice to : RTH, Stay in place, or land! Stay in place saved me ( at least the mini) when i sent it around a big tower, when the mini was on the opposite side, i lost connection, and if it was setup as RTH, it probably crash on the tower trying to go back...
