    @troy64 Holy Stone sells their RID modules for much less here on eBay. 3M Dual Lock works great for attaching the module to a drone.

    I also fly an M1P as well and have the Holy Stone RID. do not use the velcro that comes with it but get the tape shown in my pictures

    Howdy from the Houston Texas area. remember to get your FAA TRUST certificate and also make sure you have RID in your software or an external RID device

    I had a similar issue with my M1P. I replaced the cable going from my controller to my phone and all was well. Try using the USB port on the controller and see if that makes a difference.
