Mine ordered April 1, shipped April 29 to arrive May 6, now UPS says it is delayed..."A train derailment has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible." The May 6 delivery date has disappeared. :(

My Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo (Refurbished) from DJI direct (ordered/paid April 1) was "shipped" yesterday April 29, although it still says "Package is in transit to a UPS facility Los Angeles, CA, United States". No delivery date given yet but there is progress finally.

As far as I can tell, they actually sent me a new battery. All updated and just fine. I suppose it was easier for them to just send a new battery then find, repack and mail the old one.

A little bit of an update: 1. I received the new battery from Amazon, followed the firmware update process given above and it succeeded just fine. 2. I called DJI support to ask them to send my battery back. As I mentioned above, they wanted $55 for a replacement, claiming my battery was faulty...

Thanks, I will give this a try if the new battery is not updated. I suppose I could have done this on the battery that I sent in to DJI support, they should have mentioned this to try.
