I had the same issue when I first got mine... it was me not scrolling the camera menu all the way down until I saw ADVANCED... it seems like it won't scroll but it will... keep trying... You must go into camera and then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the camera menu... you will see...

Actually they cannot blanketly say "NO DRONES". They can say no takeoff and landing of drones. ONLY the FAA can say no flying as ONLY the FAA has control of the airspace. They have control of the ground.

With Night Mode there is much less work to getting a final video (not needing to color grade for instance). Some just want to point and shoot, which Night Mode allows you to do.

I did... Night mode is only 8 BIT so much less dynamic range and shadow detail. Lower ISO has less noise but less shadow detail. HLG which is 10 BIT, has much more dynamic range and shadow detail and seems to be very good for night video, but requires grading.
