This may be an old thread but I have both. The full rails and the white landing legs. I don't always stay in the same area and sometimes need to land my drone in the desert where the land in uneven. There is also grass tall enough here to not see the drone after it lands. Just my $0.02.
Yes they are considered wild. Some have gotten free of ranches in the area. But there is a stable along the Beeline Highway that takes care of them. Some people like them, some not so much. Nice picture.
I agree with my dog walks me. My 18 month old puppy would rather sniff then look anywhere. Unless she hears a plane. Then she will look up. We usually walk about 1/2 mile a morning and it takes about an hour. My son complains that she stops too much and smells. I told him that the walk is...

Drones on the mountain trails are a great idea. The trails should be closed whenever the temperature reaches 100 degrees though. The firemen shouldn't have to risk their lives for idiots. Just recently 8 women from out of state had to be rescued because they weren't used to the climate...

Thanks I guess that I am still learning the lingo. I appreciate the help
Does anyone know if there is a maximum operating temperature for operating a Mini 2. Arizona does get hot and I don't want to crash because of the heat in Phoenix.
Thanks,
Tommy
