Does your Air 3 have a C1 label? Would you run into trouble if you tried to fly your Air 2 as if it's a C1 drone, that is closer to people and buildings than permitted by C2 drones? Just trying to get an idea of whether there is active enforcement that people are encountering in the EU.

But you're compromising camera quality as well as wind-resistance. In many cases, it's probably not a good idea to fly at all if wind speeds and gusts are above a certain level.
