I discovered a small bulge on the label with two of my three batteries yesterday while cleaning my drone and its batteries. I'm shocked to find that batteries #2 and #3 are already swollen. I just recently purchased my Air 2s FMC last December 12, and all of my batteries are only at 6 cycles.

I don't know what causes it, but as a seasoned drone pilot who previously flew the Mini 2 before upgrading to the Air 2s this year, I am also aware of how to care for a DJI battery. I don't believe it is likely that I treated these batteries poorly from the time I purchased them. These batteries are not overcharged nor over discharge. Even if I store them at between 40 and 60 percent, I don't even immediately recharge them after a flight; instead, I wait at least 15 to 30 minutes for my batteries to cool down.
It seems this is not normal for an almost new batteries with just low cycle. Is there a possibility that I may get these batteries replaced?
