I have a hard time taking the linked article seriously, as the first contributor, Jon McBride, writes about "commercial operation" and discusses paid work as well as flights that benefit a business, while making no reference to recreational versus non-recreational flights.

bump We have a second home in the area and there is some incredible aerial photography calling my name! Can anyone help me figure out how to get permission to fly there? PS - The frustration is compounded by seeing others' drone photos taken there, knowing I can't within the rules.

BTDT. Fix was to go into the authorizations and delete them all. Then go through the process again and it let me fly.

Yeah. I was up to 7 batteries chasing flight time. And the Galaxy Tab A7 took up some space too, along with the mount needed to use it. The M3P with RCPro takes up less space with similar flight time.

Having used another device (not DJI controller) for my previous drones, I'm used to using my bluetooth headphones when flying. Can anyone tell me how to pair them with my RC Pro when flying the Mavic 3 Pro?

My Air Aware app, when I select "Get LAANC" takes me to Air Control. In fact, when I did it earlier, I had to add Air Control to my phone.

Ah, the pin was in a different spot, but the area shown was the same. Fixed it. Same spot, but different info. Air Aware was announced as the replacement for B4UFLY less than 4 months ago. But we need to use a different Aloft app for LAANC. Why?
