There are several brand names made for electronics and circuit boards. Look at reviews and prices on Amazon. Auto parts and hardware stores carry as well. There's always a Walmart close too.

There are places to list lost and found, like your local newspaper and Facebook. If the owner has mentioned the loss to friends, it may get returned. Better yet, post a flyer with ph# near the location you found them. They're valuable so probably get a reward.

I use Litchi as a backup app for the on-screen lat/longs, live location available in an emergency.

Sadly, drones are banned in Nat Parks, only law enforcement can legally use them. But agree, emergency use should be permitted, even promoted.

Believe it's a mooring basin, owners take small boats to shore. Many city waterfronts have permanent or transient anchorages available, unlike this one they're often filled with sail boats.

Hopefully you marked your drone with at least a phone #. I have # on outside and in battery compartment along with 'Reward if found'. Got my P4 back that way after loss in a hurricane.. true story.
