If there was a later FW then DJI would release it as a matter of course as it may fix or address issues, as said i dont know where you got it from but i sure as eggs wouldnt trust it, but if its not original DJI then it wont be signed correctly and wouldnt install anyway, is there a reason why...
So with wifi you can see the image on the screen but when you plug into the controller you cant?
sounds like a controller issue have you tried reflashing the firmware to it using the DJI software
As a test flight for flight time i took one of my batteries to the point where the quad HAD to land, looking at the cell voltage using Dashware (yep still use it) the cells were at about 2.6v each so 5.2v total.
Is repeatedly doing this going to cause an issue, I'm used to the big boy batteries...
Mavic 3? only one i can see on the birdmap is the mavic air 3 so idf its not that one they dont support it
Downgrading the FW wont remove the NFZ, that is a seperate database which is updated in the app, sorry you are stuck with the NFZ,
