I have used Sun surveyor on my phone for years. You can view this on a map and slide the time to sunrise or sunset and see exactly where this will happen and added bonus is the moon for night photography, which I do a lot of. Also there is live...
Thanks for that link! Another good app used by many photographers for checking sun/moon angles at any location/time is TPE (The Photographer's Ephemeris). You can find it for IOS or Android.
