Dynamic range would be the issue here, the lights are so bright that unless like @Kilrah said, you underexpose to the point of seeing only black except for the lighting.

YEs B&H is one of the most reputable companies around. I buy from them regularly and most time get it before they say it will arrive. They have been doing this since way before the internet. I used to get their catalogs back in the 80's along with Adorama.
I don't think those are the zebra stripe exposure warning, it would be more of a line shape and it wouldn't be reversed out on the grass. There's definitely an issue with the camera system somewhere.
FWIW, active track subjects are designed for people or cars, bikes sometimes work, other times they don't. There's a bit of luck to whether the drone recognizes you as a person to keep track of. That's what the drone is programmed for.
