I'm more worried about the karen's coming over to demand to know the make of my drone (which  ) then I would refuse and then piss off karen who most likely will call said police making exaggerated claims and I would only worry about an uninformed officer...
Other than that I don't fly near...
I started a log book in 2023 and I went back to my first flights with my Mini 2 and then my Mavic 3 Pro. I log Date and time, Pre-flight, LANNC, GE-LOC, Reason for mission (sunset, fall foliage) location, Battery(s) used and notes. I keep the notebook with my backpack that I keep the drone in.

I have two CF cards (8GB) in front of me with images recorded on them from 2015 or 9 years ago. I switch to a new camera at this point and the images are fine
I don't fly as your kind of business, I'm a landscape photographer/artist and while my drone photography is only maybe 3% of my art sales, it is slowly growing. I don't plan to quit flying my drone unless they cause it to stop flying and become uncontrollable. I think we would have a class...
Learn the device and the terms and the photography will happen. If you are holding a camera and you stand in place but rotate your body in small increments (left or right) and take a shot each time you stop, that is called horizontal panning and if you stand in one spot point the camera low...
They know far more than you and I would like them to know. They use tools far more sophisticated than Areoscope, I'm betting. Nope, don't work for them but retired Air Force and had a clearance that meant I saw things on how they collect intel. The big question is not if they know you are there...
