Thanks. It was done for the Whatcom Land Trust. I do a lot of work documenting their various properties and monitoring changes. This one had about 40 minutes unedited and needed a longish 6 minutes to cover the whole construction process.

Yeah, panning has aways been a challenge, I was short on vid for the edit also. I'm learning that i need about 20 or 30 minutes of vid to get a nice 3 or 4 minute movie.

Sorry for the late reply. The end is actually part of the finger of rock that extended out into the Bay. The gap was blasted to allow boat access into the little harbor created by the breakwater.

Neighbor was removing a breakwater from the property. I got to watch.

Yeah, it was down there somewhere. Pretty much low flow. This was shot in July before the recent flooding we expeienced in northern Washington. The heavy rain and resultant snow melt from the mountain put a lot of people out of their homes. Sad situation.

Many thanks for the tip. I did a check and it appears that there is a lot of similarity in the requirements. I did not see an exemption for recreational flying like in the US, or any reciprocity agreement. I'll probably have to call the CAA if I decide to take my drone up there.
