I
OK
I just tested flight with "Vision Positioning and Obstacle Sensing" turned OFF. And we had absolute control !! (Big thanks to @ycodryn for that)
Now, here's what happened inflight - we felt a natural reflex for the wind, it struggled i think, but we managed somehow to manoeuvre it back...
Most likely a pigeon bumped into it which caused the collapsing of the legs. Otherwise the fit is pretty stiff and sturdy; couldnt have happened without some external force.
Actually, I did disable obstacle avoidance but that did not do anything in my case. I believe this feature is designed such that if the sensors are completely blocked - as if you've put a strip of tape right on them - then the descent gets restricted to a very slow speed of 0.7 kmph (even if you...
While I appreciate what people are saying in comparing the Air 3 battery capacity with other UAV experiences, I do know that these are better than most, or in fact any FPV or other consumer RPAS systems out there. But I'm comparing mine to other Air 3 experiences I've heard and read about.

Big learning today. I guess many would know this but sharing for the benefit of those who might not.
I took my Air 3 out with a landing gear attached - one of those collapsible ones.
I primarily use it to mount the Air 3 on my side desk and rarely for flying. But whenever I did, it served...
I dont understand how my Air 3 batteries (all three) dont last more than 25-28 mins EVER!. I recently did a static timelapse. Basically flew it up some 100 metres and started the timelapse. No time spent in waypoint selection, no movement, and it wasnt even windy that morning. And I thought at...

I personally havent come across anything like this so far. So its good learning for me.
Thanks 🙏
Cant see any banding here. If you're talking about the flickering bits on the building glass, thats called the moiré effect. Its quite common across many digital cameras. Happens where there is a close stripe pattern caught in movement, even on items like tshirts. No filter can solve this. Try...
