Never shared the crash, here's what happened. I'm in an open area, no trees, about ~100 ft up I think when this happened. Just got notice that my Mavic has been delivered to UPS for shipping. :)

No it just fell out of sky, took off to about 100ft, was filming a pan shot and suddenly it just dropped. DJI determined it to be under warranty due to ESC failure. I was surprised but I'm not gonna question their evaluation.

Not DJI Refresh here. It expired back in January. I figured if she took a dive it would give me reason to buy a new one. ;)

I'd love to know this too. I'm currently using and iPad mini 4 and I have real problems with screen brightness in certain lighting conditions. I was filming in snowy mountains last weekend and was flying by braille half the time.
