I had my computer hard drive reformatted, now some H265 videos will play on my computer and some will not. what should I look for?

When I take a frame shot of the video in the video playing screen I do not see the video and the photo in the view area at the bottom of the monitor. I see what it looks like a stacked photo, one and two but I do not know how to unstack them. Any help?

I understand reasoning behind the suspected crash location, but the flight map I have shows the drone over the road by the pool for a notable distance; sar104’s map shows the drone in a different path before the Lost connection/crash. Maybe I am looking at map wrong.
