You should come fly here if you get a chance. It really is beautiful here. the mountains and rivers! just avoid the airport and the hospital (heli pad) and you can pretty much legally fly just about anywhere.
I got a chance to film some river surfers near Asheville NC. Ledges Park is a fun spot if you're ever in the area. ******** surfers is the name of the crew that frequents this spot. It was a fun time but flying over water for an hour was pretty nerve wracking.
I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains. So RTH is basically a death sentence lol. If it's too low i'm garunteed to crash into a tree, or cliff side. But if it's too high i will no doubt waste too much power ascending and fighting wind shear coming of the mountains to make it back (if the RTH is low...
Rode my ebike for the first time in a year since my accident. Went out to a local park that wasn't closed and really gave the Mavic 2 active track a run for its money! Despite what some of my editing looks like it only ever lost track of me ONE time :cool:

I'm trying to find ways to quarantine and practice self care. Audio in the first 20 seconds sucks because i'm waiting on my mic. Any criticism welcome :)
If they had the M2Pro with zoom i'd take it if i could afford it. But i barely had enough to get the M2Z and now that i have it i actually love the hell out of the zoom. Dolly Zooms are overrated and really just a gimick but the zoom allows me to fly much farther away (and safer) from objects...
i usually incorprate a lot of advanced shots ie. using left and right stick as well as the gimbal and/or zoom. So i have to use thumbs. If i pinch i dont have enough fingers for gimbal and holding the controller
Well my friend you like many others have made one of the cardinal mistakes of flying drones. Don't fly over peoples houses!;)
Seriously i know you were probably being as innocent as can be but we see this thing all the time. People constantly think that any drone, no matter at what altitude...
