Today I flown my replacement bird, it’s much smoother and the picture quality is much better then the one I had. I’m happy with DJI replacement

I agree with you on this.. I am very surprised that my drone repair is having 1 week turn around (including shipping) I shipped from UK to Netherlands.. let’s see what they sent me tomorrow . Will post pics here ..

Tomorrow I’m getting my drone back from service center. They said they have replaced it as it was manufacturing defect. I asked them if it’s new they said it may be new or refurbished. I’m just curious to know how to identify refurbished unit...

I found this issue with 64gb card only. What I noticed is 64gb comes with exfat format where 16 and 32gb comes with fat32 format. My gut feeling is that it’s due to the format of the sd card. I get my gimbal rest at every 9.20 mins while recording in 4K 24fps. I think dji should address this...
