Hey Tray Boz!
Thanks for the answer. Yeah, it really a hassle, because the other day, I forgot my phone at home and "voilà", no flying beyond 30m/50m.
Would you happen to have the procedure to rollback to .700?
Thanks
I use the +5.0 lenses. A lifesaver!!! Perfect vue. The only thing is that it adds thickness and I can't wear my glasses with the goggles anymore. But still a perfect vision even without my glasses.
Hi everyone!
I've been flying with my goggles/controller (NO telephone/tablet connected to the controler) for a while now and with no problems whatsoever.... perfect!!
Here comes the bad news: I recently updated ALL the F/Ws (aircraft/controler/goggles), and since then, I cannot fly over 30m...
I'm OK with all of those ... except these :
within your sight at all times
Impossible to do when you are watching what you are filming on your screen (unless you have a spotter with you).
Plus, I can assure you guys that you CAN'T see a Mavic Pro over 150m away!!
Yet it says :
within 500 m...
You are mostly correct ... but LOS in my case is about 150/200 meters ... I did not buy a Mavic Pro to fly within 150m!! Nor does one buy a Nissan GTR to drive 55mph. Don't get me wrong, I've never flown my MP over 1/2 mile and probably never will, but LOS is a bit exagerated for a +$1000 drone...
Wow, you guys have drastic stuff going on over there ... I live and fly in France and I only get warnings. My MP doesn't just go down. Also, I would think it would be illegal for DJI to land your Mavic in the water before you even got a chance to turn around. I mean even a couple F18s will give...
