As far as I am aware there is nothing Hasselblad about the camera itself whatsoever other than DJI own a portion of the company and Hasselblad helped in the colour algorithm software but as far as optics etc it's all DJI plastic!

I wish I could turn off jpg altogether, however I download the images to a folder and when importing to LR I have it set to ignore jpg files and therefore it just imports the DNG's and so far I am totally satisfied with the results I'm getting.

I could not agree more, although coming more from a professional stills side of things I had been using the P4P Obsidian which was retired due to frame structure failure the cause of which is entirely unknown. But for the exact same reasons as yourself I found it just drew way too much unwanted...
