Just flew again and noticed that it said 'slow writing' or something like that then got an SD error so think that might be the problem that it is too slow... also haven't formatted in 4 months so think that might also be the problem.. will try again tomorrow

I have been having the same problem.. cleared my cache and everything, the video sometimes just stops by itself after 2-3 seconds of recording.. been using the same SD card for 4 months.

Do you need to send your RC back as well if the problem is with the camera? Sent my drone in but they didn't state if I needed to send the controller in as well.

Keep all accessories and the battery unless the battery also has an issue.

Just spoke to chat and told them about my situation. Said he referred my case directly to someone so fingers crossed I receive it before I leave the country. I have heard of very quick turnarounds so pretty sure they can get it back to me if they really want. Especially because the big rush is over.

The first picture is center focus and the second is right bottom focus.

If I focus on the bottom right where it usually blurs then it focuses perfectly but then the rest of the picture is blurry. Then when I center focus the right is slighty soft/blurry. Is this a software or hardware issue?

Also have soft focus on the bottom right and online chat told me to refresh the dji go app using dji assistant 2 and then if that doesn't work I have to reset the mavic to default settings using assistant. Has this worked for anyone? Has the new firmware update fixed that because I dont have...
