A mate has found a Mavic Pro on Keston Common in Hayes Kent , UK. There is no phone number , name or identifying features sadly. The card inside has recorded some footage but none to ID the owner. Anyone got any hints or tips as to find the owner. It has power so I`m guessing its not been lost...

Bit late to the party but only just had a chance to get the bird out and noticed the .7 update. Did the update and went flying. I thought my phone was to blame but it appears not. The joysticks were fine but any press of any button on the phone screen ( samsung android ) and it took ages to...

There is a setting within the app to disable local caching. I have done this as my phone filled up and it caused it to start to run really slowly. All the footage is recorded on the SD card anyhow.

The pre production models or the ones that were leaked prior to release had sticks that pulled off for simple transportation. Didnt make it to the actual release model. I wonder why ?

I think its all changed now after the new firmware as things have been tinkered with in the update. D-Log seems to be the new favourite from what I`m seeing ............

The 3D printed ones on eBay are only £2 and offer way more protection due to the snug fit but I like your thinking !!!

OK , so gimbal clamp is removed. Does it look free moving when the clamp is removed ? Check the gimbal plate has not come forward and is where it should be behind and then callibrate it via the menus. Do you still get the message ?

Basics first - Have you removed the clear perspex gimbal clamp that slots in behind it ?
