Me too. They regularly drain down slowly when I can't fly. Will be flying mine at Daymer Bay in a couple of weeks Glenboy

Do you mean that you logged out of the app and back in again whilst in flight? !!!! Is that safe?

Picking up on old thread I'm afraid. I clicked on this this link and it only gave Go pro cameras as being compatible. I am looking for some good easy editing g software that is easy to use and not too expensive and which will work with my Mavic and other devices if we buy any (e.g. go pro possibly)

I am having the same problem, regularly at the moment, (only my first week of flying). Does it give better reliability to use the USB port than using the one on the side with the Lightning cable?. And are you saying that it is better to buy a better quality USB to device cable? I too am Android...

Thanks. I assume you mean the GO4 App which i downloaded and which i needed for flying? Sorry to sound stupid! So if i have DJI Refresh that is the Insurance policy isnt it? i thought cost £99 for 12 months and i had to apply for it!
