DJI Service is really fast if you follow their instructions. I literally had 10 hour turn around from the time they received my drone, the new one the next morning. They are stepping up their game. I put DJI Select, DJI Care in giant letters all over outside of box. New drone was sent overnight...

Did you do the Mavic Air update? I see Cinelike and “DJI” as my profile. It’s very strange. Do you also fly Mavic Pro with same device. I’m gonna do a hard reset of the Mavic Air.
Thanks for the tips. It was to the internal 8GB storage. Strangely in the first video you see a bad video corruption from the internal storage. I did use an SD card later. All brand new San disk extreme 100mb card. But most of that footage was on the internal 8GB.

Believe me, I immediately thought "oh i must have left some lens film protector on or something" Nada. I'm gonna get it exchange from DJI. All the other Air footage I've looked at on the net looks really great.

Do you have the Adobe Creative Suite? Maybe they added some new DNG metadata extension that's non-standard. I'm not having issues, if you post one of your DNG files, I'll see if it opens on my mac with Adobe Creative suite and the one without it.
